Architecture practice automation, built around what you already run.

An NCR firm of five to twenty-five people runs on software that works. Revit draws, Google Drive stores, Tally invoices. What none of them do is notice that a sanction file has sat with the AE for three weeks, or that a stage was signed off in March and never billed.

What it sounds like now

  • The sanction file moved and nobody in the office knew.
  • The stage was signed off in March. The invoice went out in June.
  • Which drawing did the client actually approve — on WhatsApp?
  • Structural have not come back and it has been nine days.
  • The RA bill was due Friday and nobody was watching.

We do not replace anything

Your office already chose its tools, usually for good reasons and usually years ago. AutoArch is the layer between them: the part that watches dates, moves information from one system to another — including the WhatsApp group where half the project actually lives — and produces the record while the work is happening rather than a month afterwards.

02

A human decision stays a human decision

Every workflow we build has a point where it stops and asks. Approving a drawing, certifying an RA bill, deciding what a client is told — those are judgements a firm is paid for, and in several cases judgements an architect signs for. What gets automated is the chasing, the filing, the copying and the remembering.

03

One workflow first, priced before it starts

We begin with the process costing you most, mapped in writing before anything is built, at a fixed price agreed in advance — ₹75,000, not a quotation with a range in it. If it works, we build the next one. Nothing about that requires the firm to commit to a platform, a seat count or an annual contract.

Named because practices ask which systems we work with, not because any of them endorse us. If yours is not listed, it is worth asking — most of this is a question of whether a system will let information out, and most will.

Start with the one costing you most. Fixed price, four weeks, one workflow live.
